Benefits
Your benefits with our Powder Coating
On 1999 we built the first no-standard Powder Coating line, we keep following properties on our coated products:
- Electrical Insulating
- Resistant to Acids
- Wear-Resistant up to approx. 900ºC
- Heat-Resistant up to approx. 1600ºC
- Erosion-Resistant above 845°C
- Thermal shock-resistant
- Resistant to hot gas corrosion in sulfur-chlorine and sodium-containing atmospheres
- LBV powder coatings do not contain any toxic heavy metals
- Free of solvents and therefore do not release VOCs (volatile organic compounds) during coating or Burn-In Process
- High UV resistance
Our Contribution to Environmental Protection (ESG)
- LBV Powder Coatings do not contain any toxic heavy metals
- Free of solvents and therefore do not releases VOCs (volatile organic compounds) during coating or burn-in-process
LBV Powder also stands for Great Variety and a lot of Creative Freedom
- An enormous selection of surfaces structures, almost all colors and effects can be realized
- Any color characteristics can be realice is possible with metallic
- Every designer would love the possibility of textures
Powder coatings have a color content of 100%*
*Compared to wet coatings that account around 30 to 60% (depending on the type of paint)
Aesthetics and Functionality are Served Equally with LBV Powder Coating
- Corrosion protection, easy cleaning, antibacterial protection
- Textures expand the design variety and a soft-touch coating ensures that the coated objects have a pleasant, soft feel
- Anti-Graffiti technology (for outdoor applications)
- Repeal liquids on surfaces due to ‘Lotus Effect’
Advantages Over Normal Classical Paints
- High chemical and mechanical resistance of the surfaces
- Excellent corrosion protection
- High layer's thinkness in one operation process
- Coating thickness from 1.5 to 60 microns in a streamlined operation
- Good edge coverage due the powder flow
- Coating process time under 1 minute
- Electrical insulation properties
- High flexibility powder for all metals aluminum glass and wood
- Appealing surfaces with different haptic (i.e. racetext)
